I facilitate leadership teams who engage their communities and participate in democratic decision-making.

I train ESL teachers to serve as teacher leaders through delivery of professional development and non-evaluative peer instructional coaching. 

I equip general education teachers with the dispositions, knowledge, and skills to optimize multilingual learners' academic success. 

I guide district and building administrators to design systems of distributed leadership to support multilingual learners and their families.
