2024: Selected by the US State Department and Georgetown University to Train Faculty as an English Language Specialist at Bahrain Teachers College and the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration.
2021-present: Contract with TESOL International Association to train teacher leaders across the country through the School-Wide English Learning (SWEL) program. Training is conducted online through global cohorts and in-person.

2023: Contract with TESOL International Association to train teacher leaders in the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction through the School-Wide English Learning (SWEL) program.
2023-2024: Contract with TESOL International Association to train teacher leaders in the Hawaii Department of Education through the School-Wide English Learning (SWEL) program.
2023-2024: Contract with TESOL International Association to train teacher leaders in the South Dakota Statewide Title III and Migrant Consortia through the School-Wide English Learning (SWEL) program.
2016: Presented English Learners in the Mainstream (ELM) Classroom: A Focus on Academic Language in all PK-12 classes for the Equity Alliance Minnesota and the East Metro Integration District in Woodbury, Minnesota.

2019-2021: Contracted with the Oregon State Educational Service District (ESD) in Willamette Valley to train teacher leaders and their administrators in a distributed leadership model for school-wide English learning.

2024: Contracted with Anoka-Hennepin School district in Minnesota to transition Science of Reading - informed approaches into secondary instruction for multilingual learners of English.
2019-2024 Contracted with Wyoming Public Schools in Wyoming, Michigan to provide district-wide strategic planning as well as teacher/administrator professional development.
2023: Contracted with TESOL International Association to train teacher leaders in Lincoln County School District in Oregon through the School-Wide English Learning (SWEL) program.
2021: Contracted with TESOL International Association to train teacher leaders in Prince George's County Public Schools in Maryland through the School-Wide English Learning (SWEL) program.
2019-2021 Contracted with Saint Paul Public Schools in Saint Paul, Minnesota to develop a menu of professional development plans for teacher leaders to train their colleagues in effective practices for English learners. Collaborated with a district advisory board to design trainings and provide six train-the-trainer sessions over the two year initiative.

2019 Contracted with the University of Saint Thomas - Dougherty Family College in Minneapolis, Minnesota to facilitate a two day faculty development entitled Working with Multilingual Learners in Higher Education.
2017 Presented Weaving culturally relevant pedagogy into instruction: Closing the opportunity gap in higher education at Faculty Development Day for Minneapolis Community and Technical College in Minnesota.
Conference Keynotes
2026 (forthcoming) Will deliver keynote address titled "From Academic Language to the Language of Access: History, Harm, and New Possibilities in Adult Education" at the Minnesota Language and Literacy Institute.
2025 Delivered keynote address titled "Rethinking Academic Academic Language: Flattening the Hierarchy and Centering Access” at the Wisconsin TESOL Conference. WI TESOL is an affiliate of TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) International Association.
2023 Delivered keynote address titled "Charting a Scholarly Agenda at the Intersection of Language and Justice" at the Midwest Second Language Acquisition Graduate Student Symposium at the University of Minnesota.
